Digital Product Delivery

Theramerch sells digital products only. No physical products will be shipped.

After your purchase is completed, you will receive immediate access to your digital download. A download link will also be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery Times

Digital products are typically delivered instantly. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment processing, internet connectivity issues, or temporary technical problems.

Download Issues

If you do not receive your download link or have trouble accessing your files, please contact us at info.theramerch@gmail.com with your order number. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout. Theramerch is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete email information provided during purchase.
