Digital Products Most of our products, including journals, workbooks, guides, and bundles, are delivered digitally. After your purchase is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link. No shipping required.

Physical Products (Mugs): Our ceramic mugs are printed and fulfilled by our third-party print-on-demand partner. Please allow 3-5 business days for production, plus shipping transit time. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping availability and transit times vary by destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.
