Digital Products — All Sales Final

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a file has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, reach out before buying -- we're happy to help.

Exceptions

We will gladly issue a refund or replacement in the following situations:

• You were charged twice for the same order
• Your file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded after multiple attempts
• You received the wrong product

To request support, email us at info.theramerch@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

Physical Products

For physical merchandise, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email us at info.theramerch@gmail.com to initiate a return.
